WHERE
WE STAND
- We
believe that seniors, and people with chronic illnesses and disabilities
have the right to the same opportunities that are available to the rest
of us. One of these opportunities is the right to live an independent
life.
- We
call upon the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care to provide adequate
funding to community support service agencies to ensure that all people
who need services receive them on a timely basis.
- We
ask the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care to ensure that the Ottawa
CCAC is able to provide the full range of programs and services it was
originally intended to deliver.
